Nabil F Bissada is Professor and Chair of the Department of Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. He is the Director of the Postdoctoral Graduate Program in Periodontics at the School of Dental Medicine and also maintains a private practice in Cleveland Ohio. In addition to his BDS degree from Cairo University and DDS degree from Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Bissada has MSD degree in Periodontics and also has a certificate in Oral Medicine and Oral Diagnosis from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Bissada has authored and coauthored over 120 articles published in various peered journals and has lectured extensively at local National and International levels. His expertise is in prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases. He also published numerous articles related to the link between periodontal diseases and systemic health in medical and dental journals.

Marie M. Tolarova, Professor and Executive Director of Pacific\'s Craniofacial and Cleft Prevention Program, has led the dental school\'s efforts to help individuals with cleft lip and palate for many years. She has produced extensive research regarding clefts and has taken part in dozens of International mission trips to help individuals with congenital anomalies. In 2011, Tolarova organized an International Conference in San Francisco which brought together surgeons, dentists, geneticists and others to work towards an effective approach to cleft lip and palate prevention.

Paul van der Stelt graduated as DDS in 1974 and has obtained his Ph.D. in 1979 from Vrije University, Amsterdam. He was appointed chairman of the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in 1982 and became professor in 1986. He was president of the International Association of Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology in 2007-2009 and was Honorary Secretary of the European Academy of Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology from 2004 until 2010. He has published more than 150 papers in peer reviewed journals and is serving as editorial board member on several scientifi c dental journals.

Abou-Rabii has received his PhD in Dental Pharmacology from Auvergne University (France) in 2004. He obtained his Master of Research in Biology and Medicine from Joseph Fourier University in France in 1998. And and his postgraduate Diploma in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1993. Dr Abou-Rabii has is the course director of the MSc in Implant Dentistry in Warwick University in UK, he is leading multiple researches and has published several papers. He is a fellow of The Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics (IADFE) and the Vice President of the PTT group in the International Association of Dental Research (IADR).

Fazeli has obtained a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with highest honour from Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy in 2009. He has also completed a Clinical Ordinator Course in Prosthetic Dentistry at Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy in April 2010 and worked as a clinical assistant professor of prosthodontics in the department of Prosthetic Dentistry and Implantology of UMSA. He was a head of scientific circle at Normal Physiology Department and an active member of scientific circle at Microbiology and Surgical Dentistry Departments in UMSA. He has published over 45 papers in international scientific journals (such as "World of Medicine and Biology" and "Ukrainian Military Medicine"), conferences and 3 books (such as "Asymmetry in maxillofacial region: some theoretical and practical aspects")He has received many scientific awards including: a diploma for the best conference paper at the "New Technologies in Dentistry" scientific conference in Poltava-Ukraine, a bronze medal at the Biology Olympiad and a diploma for the best conference paper at the "Actual problems of Clinical and Theoretical Medicine" scientific conference in Poltava-Ukraine. He currently works as academic director and clinical research coordinator of the London School of Facial Orthotropics and his research interests mainly include orthotropic approach to facial growth guidance, prosthodontic and orthotropic treatment of TMJ problems, aetiology of malocclusion, orofacial myology, myofunctional therapy and asymmetry in the maxillofacial region.

M. Omer Gorduysus (DDS, PhD, Professor) was born in Istanbul,1963. Graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry in 1986 with the degree of DDS, completed his Post-graduate Program in Endodontics in the United States at the University of Southern California with the scholarship of Turkish Goverment and received the title of \"Specialist in Endodontics (1990-1992) later received his PhD degree in Endodontics from Hacettepe University, Ankara-Turkey in 1993, went to ACTA of Amsterdam with the scholarship of the Goverment of the Netherlands (given by NUFFIC) in 1998, in the same year became invited professor and clinical instructor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Endodontics in Canada (1998-2000).Studied in the field of research and has many publications in SCI covered besides the some local and international journals.Actual position is Professor at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry Department of Endodontics and giving national and international lectures,editorship and convener of graduate endo.

Ann Progulske-Fox,Ph.D is a Professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and the Director of the University's Center for Molecular Microbiology. she is a Co-founder of iviGene and a Co-inventor of IVIAT and of the A.a. and P.g. technology. Dr. Progulske-Fox is a leading researcher in oral infectious diseases, a member of the International Board of Editors of the scientific journals FEMS Microbiology Letters, Methods in Cell Science, and Oral Diseases. She is active in numerous scientific associations and has published many scientific papers on the moleicular biology of microbial diseases. Dr. Progulske-Fox is a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at GeneEx, Inc. Dr.Errol Lobo is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at UCSF. He received his undergraduate education at the University of San Francisco and his Doctorate in Medicine at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. Dr.Lobo also holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Lobo is a former University of California President\'s Fellow and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Fellow. Dr. Lobo\'s anesthesia practice is focused primarily on obstetrical anesthesia and on anesthesia for vascular surgery.

Dr. Lobo\'s research interests include the regulation of calcium signaling pathways in cells stimulated by proteins that cause blood vessels to constrict. The protein he is primarily interested in is endothelin. Endothelin is thought to play a role in the pathogenesis of hypertension. In the fetus, endothelin is intimately involved in renal development.

Dr. Di Fiore, a native of New York, received his DDS degree from New York University, College of Dentistry, his MS degree in Oral Biology from George Washington University andhis Certificate in Endodontics from the United States Army Institute of Dental Research, Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Madigan Army Medical Center. Anas H. Al-Mulla graduated from King Saud University Dental School, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2003. He obtained his Specialty in Orthodontics and his Masters in Cariology in 2009 from University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Sweden. His Ph.D. degree in Cariology was obtained from the same university in 2010. Dr Julian Holmes qualified from the Sheffield Medical Schools (UK) in Dentistry in 1985. He has been involved in health care for over 30 years and has lectured and presented clinical research around the world. With over 60 published Journal Papers, chapter contributions to text books, articles and abstracts, he is considered one of the leading researchers in this field. Dr Holmes is Past-President of the International Association for Ozone in Healthcare (IAOH), the Scientific Officer to the Ozone Association of South Africa (OASA), and holds memberships of the America Academy of Ozone Therapy (AAOT), South African Academy of Integrative Medicine (SAAIM), and the South African Natural Healers Association (SANHA). He works from his clinic in Cape Town, South Africa.

Dr. Kamis Gaballah is currently Associate Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ajman University, UAE. Since graduation on 1993 Dr. Gaballah showed a great interest in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for which he was extensively trained and practiced in many countries including Libya, Egypt, Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway and UAE. During his surgical training he was awarded with the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in both England and Ireland. Dr. Gaballah was also formally trained in Oral Medicine at the Trinity College Dublin of the Ireland. Up on his completion of the professional surgical training and practicing for several years in the field, he has joined the University of London for intensive and novel research on the cancer gene therapy. His research work focused on the use of the tissue engineering, virus-mediated gene therapy for head and neck cancer and oral potentially malignant lesions and also the inhibition of angiogenesis to prevent the recurrence of head and neck cancer in surgically treated patients. He has published his novel research outcome in highly-ranked journals and his papers were cited by significant number of authors all over the world. His academic interest was expanded to include the higher education teaching and learning for which he was formally trained at the University of London and warded with membership of the UK council of higher education before joining the King’s College London as a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery.

Dr. Jehad Al Sukhun is a British / Jordanian oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a Master’s degree in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the University of Manchester and a PhD from the University of London in the United Kingdom. During his PhD studies at the University of London, he obtained in-depth knowledge and experience in maxillofacial Implantology and computer aided surgery using Finite Element Analysis. He worked at well reputed academic University Hospitals in the UK e.g. Royal Manchester University Hospital, Royal Surrey County Hospital and a UAE University College, Dubai. He has gained significant clinical experience in specialized dentistry, Implantology, oncology, trauma, Orthognathic surgery, reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. He developed particular interest on the use of bioresorbable plates for reconstructing orbital fractures. During his work in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Professor Al-Sukhun produced more than 45 papers published in international peer review journals. Dr. Hasan Alkumru was the Vice Dean and Head of Prosthodontics at Marmara University in Istanbul-Turkey prior to coming to Canada. Prof. Dr. Ivo Krejci graduated from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and received his Dr. med. dent. degree in 1986 and his Privatdozent (Switzerland) in 1993 from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is fellow of the Academy of Dental Materials and has a postgraduate specialisation diploma of the Swiss Society of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry. He is past president of the Swiss Society of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry, past president of the Academy of Operative Dentistry European Section, past member of the editorial board of the Journal of Dental Research and member of several associations. Prof. Krejci has published over 280 articles and book chapters on restorative concepts, esthetics, posterior composites, tooth colored adhesive inlays, onlays and adhesive slot bridges, light curing, adhesion, glass ionomers, base materials, finishing techniques, compomers and lasers and he is author of three textbooks. Dr. Isabel Rambob received her doctor of dental surgery degree from the State University of Feira de Santana, Brazil in 1997. Professor Carina Mehanna Zogheib graduated as a DDS from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. She obtained a specialty degree in Operative Dentistry and a PhD degree. She is former head of department and currently director of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry Postgraduate Program at the Saint Joseph University and President of the Continuing Education Committee in the Lebanese Dental Association. She is a researcher, is involved in the undergraduate and postgraduate student programs. She has extensive experience in organizing training programs. Mark Bowes spent 20 years in private practice in London focusing mainly on Aesthetic and Complex Restorative Dentistry. He was a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and have been a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists from 1997. Since 2005 he have been in Private Practice in Cape Town where his practice is limited to Aesthetic Dentistry.
